Invite your MP to a meeting to discuss changes to statutory sick pay

Step 1: Sign the letter below telling your MP that you would like to attend their surgery to discuss why sick pay is important.

Step 2: When your MP responds they will let you know if and when you can attend their surgery.

Step 3: Prepare what you are going to say to your MP. Here is a document with key information about the campaign and a possible template of what you can say.

Step 4: If you know other people who have been affected by sick pay and/or feel strongly about it, invite them to join the campaign and see your MP with you. Here is a document about how to recruit friends and others in your constituency to the campaign. If you manage to get some people on board then prepare to meet your MP as a group. Here is a document with a possible template of what to say as a group in the surgery.
